1About these terms

By joining The Reinvention Lab, you agree to these terms. They form the agreement between you (“you”, the member) and Ijeruka Media Ltd, trading as Changing People (“Changing People”, “we”, “us”). The Work Ahead is a Changing People company.

They cover The Reinvention Lab membership on both plans, annual and monthly. Where a term applies to only one plan, we say so.

We’ve written them in plain language. If anything is unclear, ask us before you join at anwulika@changingpeople.co.

2The membership

The Reinvention Lab is a 12-month online membership for founders, business owners and independent professionals who want to redesign how their work and business run with AI. Your membership starts on the day you join.

What’s includedWhat it involves
Monthly group coaching calls and workshopsAt least one live online session a month, 60 to 90 minutes, led by Anwulika Okonjo. Dates and times are emailed ahead of each one.
The course: Redesign Your Business with AISix self-paced modules with videos, exercises, templates and frameworks
A fortnightly newsletterCurated signals on what’s changing in work and business
Guides, reports, strategic exercises and toolsReleased regularly to members during the year
The Lab communityAn online space for members, moderated by us (see section 5)
The AI learning environmentAccess to the Lab’s custom AI environment on the platform (see section 7)
RecordingsEvery call recorded and kept on the platform

The Lab is a learning and coaching programme. It does not guarantee any particular career, income or business outcome. What you get from it depends largely on how you engage with it.

Calls. We may need to move a call; when we do, we’ll give as much notice as we can and the recording will be available. If no call runs in a given month, we’ll add one in a later month or extend your membership by a month, whichever you prefer.

3Fees and payment

Your membership starts once we receive your first payment. All prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by Stripe; we don’t see or store your card details.

PlanPriceHow it’s paid
Annual$1,260One payment for the 12 months, in advance. Includes lifetime access to the course and playbooks (see section 7).
Monthly$149 a month12 instalments, one each month, for a 12-month membership

The monthly plan is a 12-month commitment, paid in instalments, not a month-to-month subscription. If an instalment fails, we’ll let you know and give you 7 days to pay. If it’s still unpaid after that, we may pause your access until it’s settled.

Invoices. You’ll get a receipt by email for each payment. If you need a formal invoice for your company, email us the details and we’ll send one within two working days.

4The guarantee, cancellation and renewal

30-day money-back guarantee. If you join and the Lab isn’t what you expected, tell us within 30 days of joining and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid, in full, on either plan. Email anwulika@changingpeople.co.

After those 30 days, this is what applies:

If you cancelWhat happens
Annual plan, after 30 daysNo refund. Your access continues to the end of the 12 months, and your membership won’t renew.
Monthly plan, after 30 daysThe remaining instalments stay due to the end of the 12 months. Your access continues until then, and your membership won’t renew.

Renewal. At the end of the 12 months, your membership renews for another year on the same plan, at the price in force at that time, unless you cancel before the renewal date. We’ll email you at least 30 days before renewal with the date and the price. If the price has changed, you can cancel at no cost.

Your membership is personal. It can’t be shared or transferred to someone else. If colleagues want to join, ask us about a team arrangement.

Missed calls aren’t refunded, but every call is recorded.

If we close the Lab during your membership, we’ll refund the part of the year you haven’t received, pro rata, and you keep access to the course and materials as set out in section 7.

5Participation and community agreements

The Lab works because people bring real questions, real work and real uncertainty into the room. These agreements protect that.

When you join, you agree to:

  • Show up as fully as you can. Join calls live where possible, work through the course, and try the experiments in your actual business.
  • Treat others with respect. Listen, speak from your own experience, and disagree with ideas rather than people.
  • Respect different starting points. People arrive with different businesses, levels of AI experience, ambitions and circumstances.
  • Keep the room safe. No harassment, discrimination, unsolicited selling or recruiting, or sharing of others’ contact details without their permission. This applies on calls and in the community space.
  • Take responsibility for your choices. Decisions you make about your work, career, business or money as a result of the Lab are yours.

We may end someone’s membership, without a refund, if their conduct seriously or repeatedly breaks these agreements. We’ll talk with you first unless the behaviour puts others at risk.

6Confidentiality and the nature of the work

What’s shared in the room stays in the room. You can share what you learned, but not who said what or anything that could identify another member’s business or story. This applies to calls, small-group work, the community space and recordings.

Our confidentiality to you. We won’t share anything personal you tell us on calls, in the community or in the AI environment with anyone outside Changing People without your permission. The exceptions are where we’re required by law, or where we believe someone is at serious risk of harm.

We may learn from the Lab as a whole. We may use anonymised, aggregated insights (for example, common themes across members) to improve the programme or in our writing. We’ll never use your name, words or story without your written consent.

This is development, not therapy or professional advice. The Lab is a learning and coaching programme. It isn’t therapy, counselling, or medical, legal, tax or financial advice, and isn’t a substitute for them. Some of the work touches on identity and uncertainty, and difficult feelings may come up. If you’re going through a period where this kind of work feels like too much, please speak to us before joining or at any point.

7Recordings, materials, the AI environment and intellectual property

Recordings. We record group calls so you can catch up or revisit them. Recordings are for members only. Please don’t record, screenshot or share calls yourself. Small-group breakouts aren’t recorded unless everyone involved agrees.

Your access. During your membership you have access to everything in section 2. When it ends, annual members keep lifetime access to the course and the playbooks; monthly members’ access to the course ends with their membership. Access to the calls, the community and the newsletter is for members. If we ever close the platform, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice and a way to download your materials and your own work.

The AI learning environment. Our custom AI environment is still early, and you may find rough edges; your feedback will shape it. Like any AI system, it can be wrong. Treat what it says as input to your thinking, not as professional advice. Part of what the Lab teaches is how to use AI with discernment, and that applies here too.

What we own. The frameworks, tools, templates, videos, exercises and other materials in the Lab (including the Flourishing Thesis, Co-Intelligence Canvas and Reinvention Blueprint) belong to Anwulika Okonjo & Changing People. You may use them for your own work and business, and share outputs you’ve created with your team or clients. You may not resell, republish, teach or adapt them into a product or programme of your own without our written permission.

What you own. Everything you create in the Lab is yours, including your plans, reflections, experiments and the AI operating system you build.

8Your data and privacy

We collect only what we need to run the Lab and support your development. Our full privacy policy sets out the details; this is the short version.

  • What we hold: your contact and payment details, attendance, the work you submit, your community posts, and what you share with the AI learning environment (such as your goals, reflections and experiments).
  • Why: to deliver the membership, personalise your AI environment, communicate with you and improve the Lab.
  • Who processes it for us: trusted service providers for payments (Stripe), live calls (Zoom), hosting and storage, email, and the AI model that powers the learning environment. They process your data only on our instructions.
  • AI and your data: your conversations with the AI environment aren’t used to train third-party AI models. What you share there isn’t visible to other members.
  • Your rights: you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your data at any time by emailing anwulika@changingpeople.co.

We’ll keep your membership data for 3 years after your membership ends, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. We keep payment records for 6 years, as UK law requires. The fortnightly newsletter is part of the membership; we’ll only add you to any other mailing list if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe at any time.

9Responsibility, changes and governing law

Your responsibility. You’re responsible for the decisions you make and the actions you take during and after the Lab. This includes how you use AI tools in your business, and following any policies of your employer or clients on AI and confidential information. Please don’t put confidential client or employer information into any AI tool unless you’re permitted to.

Our liability. We’ll run the Lab with reasonable care and skill. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the current membership year. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, such as lost income, profit or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Things outside our control. If something beyond our reasonable control (such as illness, a platform outage or a natural disaster) disrupts the Lab, we’ll reschedule or offer a fair alternative. If we can’t, we’ll refund you for the part you couldn’t receive.

Changes to the Lab or these terms. The Lab will keep developing during your membership; we may add, replace or retire resources and tools. We may also update these terms. If we make a change that significantly reduces what you joined for, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a refund of the part of the year not yet delivered.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you’re a consumer living elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you. If there’s a problem, please talk to us first; most things can be resolved in a conversation.

10Agreement and contact

By completing your payment, you confirm that you’ve read, understood and agree to these terms.
