Hello! I'm Anwulika.
For a decade, I've dedicated my research and practice, as a coach, strategic advisor, facilitator and learning architect, to the art and science of human transformation.
I work with brilliant leaders and organisations who are stewarding things of consequence, and who've reached a point where the next version of their work requires a next version of them
— not because they lack knowledge or skills, but because who they are and how they currently think and operate needs to evolve to hold their aspirations and responsibility well.
Sometimes that means navigating complexity and uncertainty.
Sometimes it means a profound transformation where everything that was settled is reimagined.
Often it's guiding you through deep shifts in how you see, relate, and decide, by expanding your capacity for new insight and action, especially when the stakes are high and the usual defaults fail.
